Description
Deletes a Kusto principalAssignment.

Example 1: Delete an existing Kusto database PrincipalAssignment by name
Remove-AzKustoDatabasePrincipalAssignment -ResourceGroupName testrg -ClusterName testnewkustocluster -DatabaseName mykustodatabase -PrincipalAssignmentName kustoprincipal1
