Create an in-memory object for LogSettings.

Description

Create an in-memory object for LogSettings.

Example 1: Create log setting object

New-AzDiagnosticSettingLogSettingsObject -Enabled $true -Category ContainerEventLogs -RetentionPolicyDay 7 -RetentionPolicyEnabled $true
