Moves an Azure NetApp Files (ANF) Cache to a different Capacity Pool.

Description
The Set-AzNetAppFilesCachePool cmdlet migrates an existing Cache from its current Capacity Pool to the target Capacity Pool identified by NewPoolResourceId . The target Pool must live under the same NetApp Account and be configured with a compatible service level. The cmdlet returns the updated Cache object.

Example 1: Move a Cache to a different Capacity Pool
