Description
The Remove-AzApplicationGatewayAdvancedRoutingConditionSet cmdlet removes an advanced routing condition set from an application gateway. Call Set-AzApplicationGateway to persist the change.

Example 1: Remove an advanced routing condition set
$gateway = Get-AzApplicationGateway -Name "ApplicationGateway01" -ResourceGroupName "ResourceGroup01"
$gateway = Remove-AzApplicationGatewayAdvancedRoutingConditionSet -ApplicationGateway $gateway -Name "emeaConditions"
$gateway = Set-AzApplicationGateway -ApplicationGateway $gateway
This command removes the emeaConditions condition set from the application gateway and then updates the gateway.
