Description
Permanently locks an unlocked time-based immutability policy for a Managed Instance long-term retention backup.
After the policy is locked, it cannot be removed and the backup cannot be manually deleted. The backup is retained until it expires.

Locks the time-based immutability policy for the specified backup and returns the updated backup.
The backup must have time-based immutability enabled in unlocked mode.
