Update-AzStreamAnalyticsInput
Updates an existing input under an existing streaming job. This can be used to partially update (ie. update one or two properties) an input without affecting the rest the job or input definition.

Description
Updates an existing input under an existing streaming job. This can be used to partially update (ie. update one or two properties) an input without affecting the rest the job or input definition.
