Example 1: Create a helpdesk tab
This example creates a new Software Center tab named Helpdesk that opens the helpdesk website.

Parameters
-DisableWildcardHandling
This parameter treats wildcard characters as literal character values. You can't combine it with ForceWildcardHandling.
