Renames a custom field in IPAM.

Description
The Rename-IpamCustomField cmdlet renames a user-defined custom field in Internet Protocol address management (IPAM). The cmdlet changes only the name of the custom field. Associations with other custom fields and assignments to other IPAM objects remain valid. You cannot rename a built-in custom field in IPAM.
