Update-MgBetaReportHealthMonitoringAlertConfiguration

Update the properties of a Microsoft Entra health monitoring alertConfiguration object. You can use alertConfiguration settings to specify the distribution groups where alert notifications are to be sent. This API doesn't currently support group validation.
