Get-LogProperties
Retrieves the properties of a Windows event log.

Description
This cmdlet is only available on the Windows platform.
This cmdlet gets the configuration settings of a Windows event log. This cmdlet is used by the
Enable-PSTrace and Disable-PSTrace cmdlets.
