Removes a network service from VMM.

The Remove-SCNetworkService cmdlet removes a network service from Virtual Machine Manager (VMM).
Forced Removal: You can use the Force parameter with the Remove-SCNetworkService cmdlet to remove a network service from VMM when the network service is no longer accessible.
Note that this parameter can be used only to force remove a network controller. No other network service can be forcefully removed.
