Sets the properties of a port classification.

Description

The Set-SCPortClassification cmdlet updates the properties of a port classification.

Examples

Example 1: Change the name of a port classification

PS C:\> Get-SCPortClassification -Name "PortClass01" | Set-SCPortClassification -Name "PortClass02"

This command gets the port classification object named PortClass01 and uses the pipeline operator to pass the object to Set-SCPortClassification, which changes the name of the port classification to PortClass02.
