Restarts an application pool.

Description
The Restart-WebAppPool cmdlet restarts the specified application pool.
Examples
Example 1: Restart an application pool
IIS:\> Restart-WebAppPool -Name "DefaultAppPool"
This command restarts the application pool named DefaultAppPool.
