IWMSPublishingPointTotalCounters::get_FileBytesRead

The get_FileBytesRead method retrieves the total number of bytes read for the publishing point since the last reset.

Syntax

  HRESULT get_FileBytesRead(
  VARIANT*  pVal
);

Parameters

pVal

[out] Pointer to a VARIANT containing the number of bytes. The VARIANT is of subtype CURRENCY (VT_CY). CURRENCY is a 64-bit integer data type.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Return code Number Description
E_POINTER 0x80004003 Indicates that pVal is a NULL pointer argument.
