Get Property
This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature.
The Get property returns TRUE if the application can extract the value of the referenced object property.

Remarks
If TRUE, the property referenced is read/write or read-only.
If FALSE, the property referenced is write-only. Attempts to get the property value, such as that expressed in a catenation of values, fail.
