Gets a value indicating whether it is possible to use either Remove or RemoveAt to remove PIM items from the collection.

Remarks

Returns false if either IsFixedSize or IsReadOnly is true. If AllowRemove returns false, then Remove and RemoveAt will throw the exception NotSupportedException.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
