Gets a value indicating whether access to the ICollection is thread-safe.

Remarks

Note: SyncRoot is supported, but IsSynchronized always returns a value of false.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
