Digital Signature Support (PPC Only)

Digital signatures are used for verification of the origination of a document and for nonrepudiation. Using a digital signature does not change the data in the file; instead, a hash of the document is generated that can be either bundled with the document or transmitted separately. Digital signatures use a public-key algorithm.

The RSA (default key strength 1024 bit) public-key algorithm is supported.
