Provisioning Content Features
Microsoft® Windows® Smartphone and Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC (GSM) Phone Edition can be provisioned over the air. The content of the provisioning file is encoded through Wireless Application Protocol Binary Extensible Markup Language (WBXML) and interpreted on the device. For detailed information about encoding content, see the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) Provisioning Content Type Specification Version 24-July-2001 available from the WAP Forum at https://www.wapforum.org/.
