In Microsoft CRM 3.0, activities are separated into individual entities:
Core Activities: phonecall, email, fax, letter, task
Service Management Activities: appointment, serviceappointment
Marketing Automation Activities: campaignactivity, campaignresponse
The following table lists the supporting entities.
