Managing FTP Virtual Directories
You can use the command-line script iisftpdr.vbs, stored in the systemroot\System32 directory, to create, delete, and list FTP virtual directories computers running a member of the Microsoft Windows .NET Server family and Internet Information Services (IIS).
Iisftpdr.vbs performs some of the same operations that are available from IIS Manager. You can use either tool to administer IIS FTP virtual directories. You must be a member of the Administrators group to run command-line scripts.
