If you are the folder owner or have delete permissions on the folder, you can remove a workflow process. When a workflow process has been deleted, you cannot undo the delete to recover it.

To delete a workflow process

  1. Open the Development Environment. You are prompted to select a folder. The folder you select is displayed with any existing workflow processes.

  2. Select the workflow process in the Solution Explorer.

  3. From the Edit menu, select Delete.

  4. A dialog box displays a message confirming that you want to permanently delete the workflow. Click Yes.

**Caution   **Before deleting a workflow-enabled folder, deactivate workflow for the folder.
