Deleting a Workflow Process for Exchange Server
If you are the folder owner or have delete permissions on the folder, you can remove a workflow process. When a workflow process has been deleted, you cannot undo the delete to recover it.
To delete a workflow process
Open the Development Environment. You are prompted to select a folder. The folder you select is displayed with any existing workflow processes.
Select the workflow process in the Solution Explorer.
From the Edit menu, select Delete.
A dialog box displays a message confirming that you want to permanently delete the workflow. Click Yes.
**Caution **Before deleting a workflow-enabled folder, deactivate workflow for the folder.
