PasswordChangeFlags

PasswordChangeFlags contains flags, as seen in the Flags section, that control password expiration and password change processing between the server and client. A value of 0, which is the default, indicates that an SSL connection is required, 1 indicates that changing is allowed on nonsecure ports, 2 indicates that changing is disabled, and 4 indicates that password expiration notification is disabled.
