Exception Assistant Visual Basic, C#, and J# debuggers include an Exception Assistant that appears whenever a run-time exception occurs in the debugger. It shows the type of exception, offers troubleshooting tips, and suggests corrective actions that may be applied through the Exception Assistant. You can click View Details in the Actions pane to view the properties of the exception object. Or move the transparent dialog to a more convenient location and view the information at a later time.
