Compare versioned files Team Foundation Server does a lot of work to categorize the history that it keeps for each file it manages. This categorization allows you to compare the changes made to a given file in a number of ways. If you are trying to determine what changes were made since a given point in time, Team Foundation Server can correlate all of those changes by date as shown in Figure 1. The differences are shown intuitively and clearly, as illustrated by Figure 2. Besides comparing these changes, Team Foundation Server makes it just as easy to revert back to a given point in time or version.
