Initializes a new instance of the InputDescriptor class with the specified key, data type, name, description, input type, type converter, and editor type.

Parameters

  • key
    The key that is used to uniquely identify the input value. For the default generator, this key is the property name.
  • type
    The data type of the input.
  • name
    The friendly name of the input. This name appears in the Properties window.
  • description
    The description of the input. This description appears in the Properties window.
  • inputType
    The type of the input. This parameter is used to specify the type of the input for well-known input types.
  • typeConverter
    The type converter to use for this input. A type converter is used to show a drop-down list in the Properties window.
  • uiTypeEditor
    The type of the editor for this input.

Remarks

inputType can have any of the well-known input types that AutoAssignedInput defines, which include Seed, Nullable, PercentageNull, Unique, and so on.
