8/28/2008

This method sets the ContainerHandledFullScreen property, which determines whether the container-handled full-screen mode is enabled or disabled.

Syntax

HRESULT put_ContainerHandledFullScreen(
  BOOL containerHandledFullScreen
);

Parameters

  • containerHandledFullScreen
    [in] The Boolean value the ContainerHandledFullScreen property is to be set to. If nonzero, container-handled full screen mode is enabled. If zero, this mode is disabled.

Return Value

If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK.

If it fails, the method returns a nonzero error code.

Remarks

This method should be used only if the current container needs extensive control over full-screen mode behavior. Most container applications do not need to use container-handled full-screen mode.

When this mode is enabled, the control does not enter or leave full-screen mode in response to the full-screen shortcut (CTRL+ALT+BREAK). Instead, the container calls the OnRequestGoFullScreen and OnRequestLeaveFullScreen events. See IMsTscAxEvents for more information.

Windows Embedded CE only supports full-screen mode.

Requirements

Header discodlg.h, mstsax.idl
Library Mstsax.lib
Windows Embedded CE Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later
