This method is unsupported in Windows Embedded CE 6.0.
This method gets a watcher whose presentity Universal Resource Identifier (URI) matches the supplied URI.
For the method to succeed, the watcher must be present in the allowed or blocked watcher list.
Syntax

BSTR bstrPresentityURI,
IRTCWatcher** ppWatcher
);
Parameters
- bstrPresentityURI
[in] The presentity URI of the watcher, with or without the sip: namespace prefix.
ppWatcher
[out] Pointer to the IRTCWatcher interface.This method adds a reference to the Watcher object, which the caller is responsible for releasing.
Return Value
This method can return an RTC_E_ constant.
