Parameters

transactionContext
The transaction context object.

type
The type of the entry.

key
The key of the entry.

data
The value of the entry.

version
The version of the entry.

Return Value

Return true if the entry is successfully inserted. Return false if the entry with the same key and type already exists. For all other failures, a ConfigStoreException must be thrown.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
