Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type ServicesContainer. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. Remarks
Use the ITraceWriterinterface to write traces for ASP.NET Web API. The default implementation of ITraceWriteris a “no-op” tracer. To collect traces, you must provide an implementation of ITraceWriter.
