Initiates an export operation from a Windows Azure SQL Database to Windows Azure blob storage.

Detailed Description
Use the Start-AzureSqlDatabaseExport cmdlet to initiate an export operation from an Azure SQL Database to blob storage. The operation requires a database server connection context. Use the Get-AzureSqlDatabaseImportExportStatus cmdlet to get status on the export operation.
