Asynchronously cancels an in-progress update of a configuration and returns the deployment in the specified deployment environment to the state it was in before the update was started.

Parameters

• operations
  The IDeploymentOperations object that specifies the deployment operations.

• serviceName
  The name of the cloud service that contains the deployment.

• deploymentSlot
  The name of the environment in which the application is deployed.

  Possible values are:

  • Staging

  • Production

• parameters
  The DeploymentRollbackUpdateOrUpgradeParameters object that contains the parameters that are used to roll back an update of a deployment.

Return Value

An OperationResponse object that includes an HTTP status code and request ID.

Remarks

For more information about rolling back an update of a deployment, see Rollback Update Or Upgrade.

The role back of an update can only be called when an update is in progress on the deployment.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
