Transports and Message Formats Supported for a Bridge

This topic lists the message formats currently supported by BizTalk Services bridges.
Supported Message Formats
For the current release, the XML bridge supports processing the following message formats:
SOAP messages over HTTP, FTP, or SFTP.
POX (Plain Old XML) messages over HTTP, FTP, or SFTP.
Flat files over HTTP, FTP, or SFTP. Flat file support is available only for XML One-Way Bridge. For more information, see Flat-file Support In One-Way Bridge.
