Initializes a new instance of the ExponentialBackoff class with the specified retry settings.

Parameters

• retryCount
  Type: System.Int32

  The maximum number of retry attempts.

• minBackoff
  Type: System.TimeSpan

  The minimum backoff time

• maxBackoff
  Type: System.TimeSpan

  The maximum backoff time.

• deltaBackoff
  Type: System.TimeSpan

  The value that will be used to calculate a random delta in the exponential delay between retries.
