Operations Manager 2007 Select Event Log Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to select an event log to use and the computer where you want it to be located.

This dialog box contains the following elements.

  • Computer
    The name of the computer where the event log is located.
  • Ellipsis () button
    Opens the Select Computer dialog box, where you can select the computer where the event log is located.
  • Select event log to use
    A list of available event logs.

The Available event logs table contains the columns described in the following table.

Column Description

Actual Name

The name of the event log.

Friendly Name

The friendly name of the event log.
