Use the Custom Fields tab on the System Center Essentials Global Management Group Settings - Alerts Dialog Box to assign values to custom fields in the database. Essentials 2007 provides 10 fields you can use to customize your alerts.

This tab contains the following element.

  • Custom Field
    Provides a space for you to enter a value for a custom field.

    The maximum number of custom fields you can create is 10.

    The maximum number of characters for a custom field is 255.
