Uninstalling Windows Media Rights Manager

You can uninstall Windows Media Rights Manager SDK to remove program files from your computer and entries from the registry.

To uninstall Windows Media Rights Manager SDK

  1. On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Under Currently installed programs, click Windows Media Rights Manager SDK, and then click Change/Remove.

To completely uninstall Windows Media Rights Manager SDK, you must manually delete the LicenseServer.dll file and remove its registry entry (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WM Rights Manager\License Server) by using Microsoft Registry Editor.
