This Configuration Service Provider is not available on Windows Mobile Professional or Windows Mobile Classic.
The Locale Configuration Service Provider is used to configure regional settings on the device. The following XML example can be used as a template to configure settings for the Locale Configuration Service Provider. Below the Locale characteristic type, replace the value for each parm with values that correspond to your system.
