WriteStartAttribute Method

When overridden in a derived class, writes the start of an attribute.

Public method WriteStartAttribute(String) Writes the start of an attribute with the specified local name.
Public method WriteStartAttribute(String, String) Writes the start of an attribute with the specified local name and namespace URI.
Public method WriteStartAttribute(String, String, String) When overridden in a derived class, writes the start of an attribute with the specified prefix, local name, and namespace URI.
