Returns an enumerator that can iterate through the current PipelineCollection.

Return Value
Type: System.Collections..::.IEnumerator
An IEnumerator that can enumerate through all of the pipelines in the entire collection.

Remarks
Use this method to retrieve the enumerator for the PipelineCollection.
Enumerators can be used to read the data in the collection, but they cannot be used to modify the underlying collection.
