This topic provides steps for granting the Marketing Web service access to schedule tasks. Follow these steps on the computer where you run the Direct Mailer service.

To grant the Marketing Web service access to schedule tasks

  1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.

  2. At the command prompt, change to the <drive>:\Windows directory.

  3. In the Windows directory, type cacls tasks /e /g <data_domain_name>\MarketingWebSvc:f, and then press ENTER.
