How to Restore a Discount

This topic describes how to restore a deleted discount.

To restore a discount

  1. Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.

  2. In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Campaigns.

  3. In the Tree View pane, click Deleted Items.

    Note

    If you cannot see the Tree View pane, click Tree View on the toolbar.

  4. In the Search Results pane, select the discount that you want to restore.

  5. In the Tasks pane, click Restore.

  6. In the Restore Campaign Item dialog box, do the following:

    Use this

    To do this

    Select the Customer for this Campaign Item

    Select the customer to associate with this discount from the drop-down list.

    Select the Campaign for this Campaign Item

    Select the campaign to associate with this discount from the drop-down list.

  7. Click OK.

  8. In the Tree View pane, click All Discounts.

    The restored discount appears in the Search Results pane. The discount status is False (pending approval).
