IAppCfg::GetRegionNameFromCountryCodeAndRegionCode
Use this method to get the name of the region associated with the specified country code and region code.

Parameters
bstrCountryCode
[in] A BSTR that contains the code of the country/region for which the region name is being requested.
bstrRegionCode
[in] A BSTR that contains the code of the region within the specified country/region for which the region name is being requested.
pbstrRegionName
[out, retval] The address of a BSTR used to return the region name. If the region name is not found, the BSTR will contain the region code specified in the bstrRegionCode parameter.
Return Values
This method returns an HRESULT indicating whether it completed successfully. See the Error Values section for more details.
Error Values
This method returns S_OK (0x00000000) to indicate success and standard COM HRESULT error values to indicate failure. For more information about standard COM errors, see Standard COM Errors. Additional information may be available using the global Err object, which can be accessed using the API function GetErrorInfo. In particular, the GetDescription method of the IErrorInfo interface may return a text description of the error.
Remarks
The pbstrRegionName parameter contains valid data only if the method returns successfully.
If the region name is not found, this method returns the region code specified in the bstrRegionCode parameter.
