CatalogManager.Initialize
Use this method to initialize a CatalogManager object. This method should be called once before calling any other methods or properties.

Parameters
strConfigString
A String that contains the configuration string.
fIsADOConnectionString
A Boolean that determines whether the strConfigString parameter refers to an ADO connection string or a site name. A value of True indicates an ADO connection string. A value of False indicates a site name.
Return Values
None.
Error Values
This method sets the Number property of the global Err object to S_OK (&H00000000) to indicate success and to either standard or custom COM error values to indicate failure. For more information about standard COM errors, see Standard COM Errors.
