Step 3: Enable Trust Delegation on Computer 1
On Computer 1, enable trust delegation for Computer 2 so that Commerce Server administrators can store user credentials on the Active Directory domain controller (Computer 1).
To enable trust delegation
- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers Manager.
- In the left pane, expand <domain name>, and then click Computers.
- In the right pane, right-click the computer name for Computer 2, and then click Properties.
- In the <computer name> Properties dialog box, on the General tab, check the Trust computer for delegation check box. The Active Directory warning message appears.
- Read the warning message, and then click OK.
- In the <computer name> Properties dialog box, click OK.
- Computer 2 is now trusted by the Active Directory domain controller (Computer 1). Continue to Step 4: Configure Log On Locally User Rights on Computer 1.
