CatalogInitializationException Constructor (String)

Initializes a new instance of the CatalogInitializationException class with the specified error message.

Parameters

  • message
    Type: System..::.String
    The error message that explains the reason for the exception.

Remarks

The exception that is thrown when the catalog server is incorrectly configured and cannot be started.

All catalog exceptions, including the CatalogInitializationException are derived from the CatalogException class. This exception can be caused by incorrect settings in the Product Catalog resource for the specified site, or incorrect settings in the catalog web service Web.config file.
