PSJob.InstanceId Property

Gets the instance identifier of the PSJob that is unique throughout all runspaces.

Property Value

A GUID that identifies the instance of the PSJob. The instance identifier is unique throughout the lifetime of the job. For example, if the job is run in 10 runspaces, each PSJob object will have a unique instance identifier.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
