Provides a list of XAML nodes for usages such as writing XAML nodes in a deferred manner.

Remarks
When you create a XamlNodeList, you create a writer delegate that exists as the Writer value. The writer delegate is based on an internal XAML writer class specifically for XAML nodes.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
