ASP.NET Command-Line Tools
ASP.NET includes command-line tools that help you work with Web sites.
For these tools to function correctly, you must set your PATH, INCLUDE, and LIB environment variables correctly. We recommend that you use the Visual Studio Command Prompt, which opens a command-line window and sets these variables for you. To use the Visual Studio Command Prompt, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Visual Studio <version>, point to Visual Studio Tools, and then click Visual Studio Command Prompt.
