Add Method of the IFPCAppliedSSLCertificates Interface

The Add method creates a new FPCAppliedSSLCertificate object in the collection and returns a reference to it.

Syntax

  [in]            VARIANT Hash,
  [in, optional]  BSTR Server,
  [out]           IFPCAppliedSSLCertificate** ppAppliedSSLCertificate
);

Parameters

  • Hash
    Required. Variant that specifies the hash for the certificate.

  • Server
    Required. BSTR that specifies the name of the Forefront TMG computer where the certificate is stored. The default value is an empty string, which indicates the local computer. This parameter should not be specified in scripts and applications intended for computers running in a standalone server deployment.

  • ppAppliedSSLCertificate
    Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the new IFPCAppliedSSLCertificate interface created.

Return Value

This method can return one of the following:

  • S_OK, indicating that the operation succeeded.
  • An error code, indicating that the operation failed. In this case, the [out] parameter returned is a null object.
